As a body of believers, we feel called to continue to become increasingly immersed in our community, to look for opportunities to walk alongside those here. During the week of July 15-22nd, 2023 we will be hosting participants and serving at community-run camps, working with people with special needs, painting, Creation care, helping at local organizations that serve the marginalized. This is all done with a focus on relationships, hospitality and love, through the SERVE week and all year round.
If you’re feeling anxious, you’re not alone. Just remember: God is faithful, his kingdom endures, and he invites us to cast our anxieties and fears on him.We encourage you to worship in the sanctuary, or at home, both in your private devotional time and with your families. For believers, this is a call to prayer! In Thessalonians 5, Paul tells us to “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” There’s lots to pray for.
